Arnold & Itkin attorneys, Kurt Arnold and Paul Skrabanek, filed suit on behalf of a Plaintiff who was injured while helping lift a ship mast. Specifically, the Plaintiff and five coworkers were lifting the mast when two of the workers improperly shifted the load onto Plaintiff injuring his back. Plaintiff treated conservatively for seven months before finally seeing a specialist, which revealed a severely herniated disc in his back. The case is pending in Galveston County Court.
