Arnold & Itkin attorneys, Kurt Arnold and Paul Skrabanek and Rex Townsley of the Townsley Law Firm filed suit on behalf of the widow and children of a deceased construction worker and another injured worker. The deceased and the injured individual were helping raised a 1300 pound wall when it fell and crushed both men. The deceased was rushed to the hospital but later pronounced dead. The injured individual’s pelvis was crushed and he will require substantial future medical care. The case is pending in the Lake Charles, Louisiana.
