Arnold & Itkin LLP filed suit on behalf of a 33-year-old painter/sandblaster who was severely injured on an Apache offshore platform off of Venice, Louisiana.

The St. Martinville, Louisiana man hurt his back when he tripped in hole that was supposed to be covered by protective grating.  The man's injuries are severe enough to prevent him from returning to work.  Arnold & Itkin LLP is proud to help him get the compensation he deserves to get his life back on track.  The case is pending in Houston, Texas.
