Jones Act Suit on Behalf of Two Environmental Technicians Filed |

Kurt Arnold and Noah Wexler recently filed a Jones Act suit on behalf of two environmental technicians who sustained injuries as a result of natural gas exposure and inhalation while onboard an offshore vessel. Both men were employed by Global Diving & Salvage, Inc. to assist with the environmental cleanup necessitated by the Deepwater Horizon explosion and resulting oil spill.
