Plaintiffs lawyers Kurt Arnold and Paul Skrabank filed suit against an 18 wheeler company on behalf of an injured Louisiana resident following an accident in Orange County. The driver veered into Plaintiff’s lane causing him to contact the barricade during the construction portion of I-10 in Orange County. The Plaintiff sustained a one level injury to his back, which Defendant denied.

After several depositions, the case was set to be tried in March 2010. The case resolved shortly ahead of trial for $700,000.
